These Terms of Use govern your use of ItsPosting ("the Service") at itsposting.com. By creating an account or using ItsPosting, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

ItsPosting is an AI-powered social media automation platform for local service businesses. It generates captions, images, and videos, and publishes content to connected social media accounts.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate

You must be at least 18 years old to use ItsPosting. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ItsPosting only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to generate or publish illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or business
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to ItsPosting without written permission
• Use the service in any way that violates the terms of connected social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

4. Your Content

You own all content you create using ItsPosting. We do not claim ownership over your captions, images, videos, or posts.

By using ItsPosting to publish content, you confirm that you have the right to publish that content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

5. AI-Generated Content

ItsPosting uses AI to generate content suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content. Publishing decisions are always yours.

6. Credits and Plans

ItsPosting operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate content:

• Text Post: 1 credit
• Photo Post: 3 credits
• Carousel: 5 credits
• Video: 10 credits
• Manual uploads: free, no credits used

Credits are allocated monthly based on your plan. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

7. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed by Whop, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms of service. Whop handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance.

Plan pricing:

• Starter: $20/month, 50 credits
• Professional: $40/month, 100 credits
• Premium: $60/month, 150 credits

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at support@itsposting.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep ItsPosting available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, or make updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ItsPosting is not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Loss of data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms or change the Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of ItsPosting after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@itsposting.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
