Open Settings, then Connected accounts, choose the platform and sign in. You pick which page or profile ItsPosting can post to.

Most often an account needs reconnecting. Open Settings, then Connected accounts, reconnect any account that asks for it, then reschedule the post.

Credits pay for what ItsPosting makes for you: 1 for a text post, 3 for a photo post, 5 for a carousel and 10 for a short video. A new batch of post ideas costs 1 credit. Posting your own photos and videos is free.

Not on Pro and Agency. They roll over to the next month and don't expire while your plan is active.

At the start of each calendar month, on every plan, billed monthly or yearly.

Open Billing in Settings and choose a new plan.

Open Billing and choose Cancel plan. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Payments are final. If you think there's been a billing error, email support@itsposting.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll look into it.

Payments are processed by Whop, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Yes. Use the quick editor to change the headline and photos, or open the full editor to change anything.

Yes. Upload them from your phone or computer and they go straight into your templates. Posting your own photos and videos doesn't use credits.

Yes. Workspaces let you run several locations or clients from one login, each with its own brand kit, calendar and accounts. Free includes 1 business, Pro up to 4 and Agency has no limit on clients.

Yes. Send a week of posts for approval, and only approved posts go out.
