Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 10 credits a month, 1 business and all five platforms. No credit card is needed to start. Move to Pro or Agency when you need more credits or more businesses.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for what ItsPosting makes for you: 1 for a text post, 3 for a photo post, 5 for a carousel and 10 for a short video. A new batch of post ideas costs 1 credit. Posting your own photos and videos is free.
What happens to credits I don't use?
On Pro and Agency, unused credits roll over to the next month and don't expire while your plan is active.
When does my allowance refill?
Your monthly credits arrive at the start of each calendar month, on every plan, billed monthly or yearly.
How many businesses can I run?
Free is for 1 business. Pro includes up to 4, so you can run your main business and 3 more locations or clients from one login. Agency has no limit on clients. Each business has its own brand kit, calendar and accounts.
How do monthly and annual plans differ?
Monthly plans renew every 30 days. Annual plans are billed once a year and cost about 10% less: Pro is $17 a month ($204 a year) and Agency is $89 a month ($1,068 a year).
What if a payment fails or I cancel?
Your account pauses at the end of the period you've paid for. Choose a plan again anytime to pick up where you left off.
